I know this blog is a little late. I'm going to try to do it at the end of each day, but that may not always happen because of the mommy, wife or student duties I must tend to.
Day 4 (Tuesday) was pretty good. I started cleaning like crazy somewhere around 7. Not sure why, but I just started feeling good! I got a little hungry between lunch and dinner, but I ate a small salad and drank lots of tea and water to suppress it. I had a few sugar cravings but I managed to keep my will in check. =D
Overall, not too bad of a day.

Bone-69
Body Mass Index-31.8
When you have a sugar craving you can try putting Stevia/Truvia on some strawberries or apples slices. It seemed to settle my cravings and I tried Zevia soda. You can find 'healthy' soda made with Stevia in ALL flavors at any health food store. Congrats to your success so far, keep it up!
ReplyDeleteI went to the store to look for those Zevia sodas...couldn't find them!!! Are they at Whole Foods or a place like that??
ReplyDeleteYes you can find them @ whole foods or sprouts. There are like 3 different brands but hey all use Stevia as the sweetener. My fav tastes like red cream soda. Good luck :)
